Welcome to HeadshotMarketing

HeadshotMarketing is a comprehensive end-to-end marketing and sales platform — the unified command center where a team plans, executes, measures, and improves everything it does across every channel.

It orchestrates multi-channel campaigns, runs marketing automation, manages the customer relationship from first touch to closed revenue, and ties it all together with AI-driven optimization and multi-touch attribution — all on one customer database and one analytics engine. It is positioned as an accessible HubSpot alternative: enterprise-grade capability without the tool sprawl or the annual price hikes.

Despite the name, HeadshotMarketing is not a photo or headshot tool. "HeadshotMarketing" is our brand name; the product is a unified marketing command center.

What HeadshotMarketing does

Modern marketing teams run on a fragmented stack: an email tool over here, a social scheduler over there, separate ad managers per network, a CRM that does not talk to any of them, a spreadsheet for the content calendar, and a stitched-together attribution model nobody trusts. The data never lines up, and teams spend more time wrangling tools than running campaigns.

HeadshotMarketing sits in the middle: one platform, one customer database, one analytics engine — campaigns, automation, CRM, content, social, ads, influencer, events, and attribution all reading and writing the same source of truth. Marketing and sales work from one shared record instead of syncing two systems, so the whole customer journey is visible end to end and attribution becomes a fact rather than a debate.

Built for teams of every size

  • For SMBs — marketing automation, lead generation, and customer communication without enterprise complexity or enterprise price tags.
  • For mid-market teams — consolidate the fragile point-tool stack into one integrated system with advanced analytics and attribution.
  • For enterprises — multi-brand, multi-region governance, compliance, and trustworthy end-to-end attribution at scale.
  • For agencies — isolated per-client workspaces, white-label reporting, and operational efficiency across many accounts.

How it works

Everything builds on one connected loop:

  1. Define a campaign — set a goal, build a dynamic audience from the CRM, and choose channels, budget, and schedule.
  2. Compose across channels — coordinate email, social, paid ads, and events from one campaign with one audience, drawing from the central content library.
  3. Automate & nurture — hand contacts to visual marketing-automation workflows that respond to behavior in real time.
  4. Measure & optimize — watch performance live, attribute results multi-touch against one model, and let AI recommend the next move.
